Second Chance Sanctuary understands that some surrender situations require immediate attention due to safety concerns, medical emergencies, abandonment risks, or crisis circumstances.

Emergency surrender requests are reviewed as quickly as possible based on severity, available space, foster availability, transportation, and medical resources.
