If you need to surrender a dog to Second Chance Sanctuary, please fill out our Dog Surrender Agreement Form here: Dog Surrender Form and send to the email address: secondchancesanctuaryofficial@gmail.com

There is a surrender fee depending on the Breed/Size of dog. If you sign the agreement and we cannot accept your dog you will get your $50 back. If we can accept the dog the Fee is NON REFUNDABLE. No money will be sent while signing the document. We will get back to you and confirm the surrender fee and details and see if you are willing to proceed.

Once submitted, a representative from Second Chance Sanctuary will contact you shortly to confirm next steps and surrender fee.
